Our research mainly focuses on studies of the structure-function relationship of GPCRs by using solution NMR methods and other biophysical techniques. In particular, we are interested in investigating the GPCR structural dynamics when bound to different ligands and downstream effector proteins, and the understand the role of protein dynamics in regulating GPCR mediated signaling pathways.
